My Best Sunday Dresses...

I've wanted to start a fashion blog for a while but I've never known quite how to. I still don't so I shall just start by posting a picture of some of my favourite dresses.

I'm currently obsessed with buying lots of dresses from various places. I wear them much more than I tend to wear skirt and only rarely can someonee spot me in trousers. Although you might if it's particularly bad weather, I'm being forced into doing some sort of physical exercise or they just happen to be a particularly lovely pair.

Dress fact file -

Left - I got this salmon pink slip dress from Top Shop in the summer of last year. It's make of a really lovely silky material and around the neckline and lace there is lace. I really love the underwear as outerwear look hence why I really liked this dress when I bought it. However, I could only find it in the petite section at the time of purchase making it a bit too short making it less easily wearable. It was about £35 though...

Right - I love this dress so much as it's made from a cross between black lace and crochet. However, my favourite part of the dress, is the contrasting white lace bib with the beaded embellishment around the neck. It was a really lucky find in a local boutiquey type shop called Mousetrap about two years ago for only £20. I've worn it a lot since buying it.

Left - I like this dress because it's very much a catholic school girl dress with it's high collar a prim little frilly bib. It's perfect to wear with white tights and mary janes, crazy hair and lots of make up to perfect the kinderwhore look. The best thing about this dress though is the fact I found it at the back of a sale rack in a small shop in Camden for only £5 last spring.

Right - One of my many ebay find. I loved the collar on this dress so much so I just had to get it. It's black but then it has crinkly cream chiffon frills, the sleeves are slightly puffed and there are little pleats all down the middle of the dress although you cannot really see them from the picture. It's a little short so I have to wear it with legging as more of a tunic but it's really lovely. The label is Sugarhill Boutique and I got it for £8 including P&P.

Left - I bought this cream babydoll dress in January for £10 during the H & M sale. I thought it was so cute and really the type of dress that I go for. I love the ruffles around the collar / chest and the way it goes out. The frill at the bottom is also really lovely and looks good in contrast with lace up boots.

Right - Another of my ebay finds. Got it for only £8 including P & P. It's a dusky pink colour and has little rabbits all over it, which are really cute but discreet at the same time as you would mistake them for polka dots from far away. I love the lace collar on the dress, as I'm generally into interesting collar and it looks super cute with white tights and mary janes.

So there we have it, some of my favourite dress. Lots of babydoll dresses, interesting collars, lace and frills. One of my favourite cream lace dresses isn't included here though as I managed to get a massive yellow paint stain on it which I'm really sad about.

Peace, Love and Dresses xoxo
